Sportspersons who perform repetitive movements often end up with tight, overused muscles that become vulnerable to pulls and sprains, and underused muscles that progressively get weaker. Yoga For Sports shows how yoga can train the mind and body and help sports people become more agile, stronger and focused.
This yoga class is divided in 30 minutes of functional gymnastic exercises and afterwards 60 minutes of yoga postures. It´s suitable for both beginners and used practicioners.
